They were perfect in providing options in every category; appetizers, salad, entre, dessert. Watching them make those great drinks, like my outstanding Old Fashion, was hard not to watch. Not really too loud but a little distracting. It was really hard to see. The gorgonzolla salad was a real surprise as was the lobster bisque.
